Decide what belongs in the agreed load
Sort the job into material types before discussing a container. Explain bulky objects, dense debris and anything that may require separate handling. Photos can help describe the task without pretending to establish weight.
Ask which contents the provider will accept and which need another route. A change discovered during demolition should trigger a question, not an automatic addition to the container.
Give every loader the same instructions
Share the accepted materials and filling limits with the people doing the work. Keep contents within the provider’s requirements and avoid projecting or unstable material.
Do not climb into, burn contents in or move a container. If a door is supplied, ask how it should be operated and secured. Keep the surrounding work area subject to the responsible contractor’s safety plan.
Choose who confirms the load is ready
One contact should request collection and ensure the approach is clear. A finished work task or a contractor leaving does not automatically tell the hauler the container is ready.
Confirm eligibility, placement permission, rental terms and any exchange or extension separately. This guide does not promise acceptance of a particular material or availability for every Hanover Park property.
Questions before you book
Can demolition material change the original order?
Yes. Tell the provider when the debris differs from the agreed description and obtain acceptance before loading it.
Is collection triggered when the container looks full?
Follow the order’s collection process. Do not assume appearance or project completion automatically schedules a visit.
